Apartments for sale near Volterra

A series of apartments being developed in an old hamlet just 5km outside Volterra. This is a traditional Tuscan village, and the finished properties will be something quite special.

The main building is a two-storey house which in the past has been used as a store-room on the ground floor, with the first floor the living quarters. The other units are two little annexes: an old barn and a hen house both with a rectangular plan.

Naturally the whole property will be fenced and an external electric gate will allow the access to the little hamlet. In the property there is also a well and a small lake, and the hamlet enjoys a stunning panoramic view over the surrounding countryside.

Building A has the following apartments:

Apartment 1, totalling 84sqm and with kitchen, living room-diner, bathroom, storeroom. Upstairs it has and a bathroom. €296,056.
