Certainly you would need to check on a few issues. Water? probably from one of the nearby streams. Drainage? it would need a septic tank. Views? spectacular once you clear away a few trees. Access? possibly down the path described, or probably from one of a number of points where the woodland trails meet the tarmac roads.

Assuming that car access to the chestnut store is possible, we advise the buyer renovates that, puts in a pool and keeps the barn for storage. But this unusual collection of barn, land and chestnut store offers so many possibilities that someone with imagination could probably come up with something really spectacular! Finally, €40,000 is about the value of the land, not including the barn and the chestnut store!
