All the plots of land include an approved building plan, which can be changed and customised by the buyer according to their needs. Buyers will be assisted by the selling agents step by step during the building of the house and monthly reports and pictures will be provided.

This land for sale lies in the countryside around Todi and Orvieto, in central Umbria. The sale generally includes 5,000m² land around the house. In many cases it is possible to add more land around the property.

The final price includes fencing, an entrance gate flanked by two columns, and a swimming pool framed within a terracotta tiled pool surround. The cost of all these items can be deducted from the final price should the buyer not want them.

The facades of the houses have been planned according to the typical style of stone Umbrian country house, with porch, pergola, terraces and outdoor oven.

As the buyer you can change the size of the rooms, decide if you want to add or enlarge windows, install French windows, arches, steps, niches. You can also decide how you want to dedicate the basement: to a cellar, storage room, living area, garage, study, or hobby room.

The facades are of typical local stone; arches can be framed with hand-made terracotta tiles; floors can be of hand made terracotta tiles of different shapes, or of wood or travertine. The ceilings can be made with wooden beams alternating with hand-made terracotta tiles. The staircase may be of wood, terracotta tiles or stone. Shutters are made of wood according to traditional methods. Roof tiles are generally a mixture of new tiles (at the bottom) and old original tiles on top.

The vendors always quote the buyer a final, all-inclusive price. If you don't want some of the items, the price will be lowered accordingly. Final prices for a ready-to-live-in house range from €300,000 up to €750,000 euro according to the size of the house and the land.
