Italy – Real Estate sales up for second quarter in a row
News from ISTAT, the Italian national statistical agency shos that Italian property sales were up in the second quarter of 2010, as they were in the first quarter, albeit at a level that is still below pre-downturn volume. (Link to PDF, in English)
Sales were up by 2.2%, year on year, although the total volume for the first six months of 2010 was lower than the first six months of 2006, the year before the, ahem, crisi, started.
