The first step is to go to the menus on the left of our pages … there’s enormous amounts of material here to allow you to make an informed choice on Italian real estate for sale.

Step 2: Go to ’How to buy in Italy’ which will walk you through the process of purchasing Italy real estate, from making an offer to signing the contract on your new Italian property. We cover the legal process and the finances too.

Step 3: Go to ’Your new home’. You’ve bought your villa in Le Marche or Campania, your apartment in Venice or Milan. Now you need to insure it, get the phones switched on, and get a man to rebuild it! No problem. It’s all here.
