KeyItaly is an online service that makes buying real estate in Italy quicker, easier and cheaper. We started this service because we got frustrated with hunting on a hundred different websites for Italian properties — one for villas in Tuscany, another for apartments in Rome, a third for farmhouses in Umbria. We didn't want to have to go to one site for the Italian real estate itself, and another to research buying property in Italy. We didn't want to deal with half a dozen different people in our searches for villas in Umbria or trulli in Puglia, and we wanted to be able to conduct our search for Italian property for sale in English.

Why, we reasoned, can't there be a one-stop site for buying property in Italy? From researching the Italian regions and cities, to identifying prices of real estate in the Italian regions (everywhere from Lombardy to Sicily, Liguria to Puglia). We'd like a site to search the whole of Italy for real estate … by price; by area; for villas, apartments, farms, castles and by proximity to airports even.
